• Development of brand plans; lead initiatives that support the broader short and long-term Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) Strategy.
• Champion analytical understanding of the business insights (consumer / competition / hcp).
• Accountability for pricing, marketing budget, volume forecasting, financial mix and P&L management.
• Manages external agencies with all aspect of brands development need.
• Responsible for specific part of A&P budget - manage investments for the assigned brand portfolio.
• Tracking effectiveness of all HCP activity.
• Develops relevant unique & differentiated communication strategies and messaging to and through HCPs that deliver brand growth in the HN channel.
• Connects with HCPs and their professional organizations to jointly create tools and events to drive category relevance.
• Develop integrated plans across all relevant HCP touch points to support GUM/Maternal and other company initiatives where HN channels are key touch points.
• Collaborate with medical societies/ internal science teams to build and execute a strong 360 HCP plan.
• Lead and support innovation projects as required.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products following the process, including analysing information to help set the sales forecast and financials.
• Work closely with Solutions, Supply Chain, Finance team to ensure smooth operations relating to inventory/ supply to HCP channels.
• Drive execution with guidance of internal and external compliance do’s and don’ts.
• Ensure documentation and processes as per requirement. 

About you

• Possesses a recognized degree, preferably in Science, Nutrition or Marketing.
• Have at least 5- 8 years of marketing/brand management experience in a HCP Marketing related fields or specifically in Early Life Nutrition marketing.
• Ethical Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Cross functional stakeholder management and communication ability.
• Good analytical ability with problem solving initiatives.
• Attention to details of tracking execution.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset.
• Excellent execution capability - Planning and organizing, co-ordination, delegation, control, integrity, decisiveness.
• Understanding of how both private and government healthcare channel works and differences of HCP behaviour in each channel.
• Background in infant nutrition sciences/ managing KOL in medical societies is an added advantage but not mandatory.
