About the job

The HQ Sales Planning Analyst is responsible for managing PowerBI and Excel reporting tools for the sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Planning, this role sits within the Commercial organization and involves working cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Category Commercial.

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage user access to reporting tools
  • Schedule and maintains data files from syndicated data providers for monthly refresh
  • Provide weekly updates to organization on distribution changes
  • Manage requests from the Sales & Commercial teams for report changes
  • Troubleshoot reporting incidents with the IT team
  • Maintain Microsoft SQL Server Master Data Services tables for customer and product mappings
  • Provide data slides for Sales Monthly Business Review
  • Develop new reporting tools with the Sales & IT teams as needed
  • Other duties to be assigned to support the business

About you

  • High growth agility and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced excel skills or willingness to learn advanced excel skill
  • PowerBI knowledge
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Driving process, consistency, and visibility
  • Accuracy, dependability, forward/strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of syndicated data (Circana or Nielsen)

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience.
