Internship (General Secretary): Regulatory Affairs

De afdeling General Secretary is verantwoordelijk voor in- en externe communicatie, juridische ondersteuning en ondersteuning op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving inclusief naleving van in- en externe richtlijnen van Danone in Nederland en de producten op de Nederlandse markt (Danone, Alpro en Nutricia). De afdeling bestaat op dit moment uit 11 medewerkers waaronder 4 Regulatory Affairs Managers.

Doel

Mee-werkstage voor kennismaking en verdieping in levensmiddelenwetgeving in het algemeen en zuivel in het bijzonder. Er zal een actieve bijdrage geleverd worden aan de werkzaamheden op de afdeling Regulatory Affairs waardoor ervaring opgedaan wordt in de levensmiddelenindustrie, wet- en regelgeving en verschillende (digitale) bedrijfsprocessen.

Werkzaamheden

• Toetsing van productcommunicatie (etiketten, e-commerce, detail aids), digitale communicatie (websites) en reclame aan de wet- en regelgeving onder begeleiding van de Regulatory Affairs Managers.
• Ondersteuning van de Regulatory Affairs Managers bij werkzaamheden en projecten gerelateerd aan wet- en regelgeving van toepassing op de Danone productcategorieën.

Periode

September & Oktober, minimaal 6 maanden, minimaal 4 dagen per week. 

Opleiding

HBO opleiding op het gebied van voeding, levensmiddelen (technologie) en/ of rechten. Bijvoorbeeld:

• Voeding & Diëtetiek
• Voeding & Marketing
• Rechten
• Levensmiddelentechnologie
• Food & Business
• Food Commerce & Technology

Profiel

• Zelfstandig
• Leergierig
• Nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail
• Affiniteit met wet- en regelgeving, sterk gevoel voor ethiek
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Nederlandstalig en goede beheersing van Engels (bedrijfstaal)
• Mogelijkheid en bereidheid tot thuiswerken, kantoorlocatie Zoetermeer (ca. 1 dag/ week)

NL:  We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
