This internship will take place in Paris-Haussmann, in our superb Global HQ, as of September 2024.

You will report to the HR Digitalization Team Lead for Rewards & Organizational Development and will be acting as PMO supporting exciting projects.


On one side you’ll learn about our global reward (performance, calibration, Annual Salary Review and Short-Term incentive programs) and work closely with the global reward team and global reward community to support the campaigns, communication, training materials, change management.


In this internship you will also work closely with HRIT teams of Danone based in several locations, working in a truly global environment.

To excel in your internship, you will be working with Jair JULIO VEGA, HR Digitalization Team Lead – Rewards & OD who you will guide you throughout the process.


  • 50% working on the global reward agenda, with global reward team and community around the world. Provide support to plan the roadmap, identify dependencies, track progress & report successes with the support of team members, animate potential a network of users to obtain feedbacks & insights coordinate discussions around priority transversal topics to achieve alignments
  • 25% Act as PMO of the different projects driving the change management agenda, engaging in different meetings, forums, supporting with analysis, research, etc.
  • 25% Other projects and assignment where your contribution will be highly appreciated such as coordinate the key players around the success factor systems in & solutions collaborate with the HR digitalization engagement stream on identifying & implement required communication & change actions participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.



  • Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
  • You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)
  • Access to the company canteen and CE (“Comité d’Entreprise”)

About you

You are a champion

  • Available from September 2024 for a duration of 6 months
  • Background in business, preferably interest and some experience in Human Resources or HR Consulting #
  • Education background with a 4 to 5 years study level from university or business school
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills, ability to work well in a cross-functional and diverse ecosystem
  • Language Fluency in English as a day to day working language.
  • Good knowledge of MS excel, PowerPoint and word
  • Other video editing, and community management skills are a plus
  • Nice to have Understanding of HRIS systems and how they operate, if you don’t have it, we will teach you!
