YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :  

This apprenticeship / internship will take place in Paris in our superb Headquarters, as of July 2024. 

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone the Global HR Digitalization Manager will help you cross the finish line:  

 

As Global HR Digitalization Intern for Learning you will primarily focus on activities related to this HR stream but could also support others depending on development goals and business needs.  

 

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: 

 

  1. User Support: Act as the go-to contact for users, Learning Managers, and HR users, aiming to improve user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with IT to find the best solutions and escalate critical issues. 

 

  1. Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement within the Learning Ecosystem. 

 

  1. Learning Ecosystem Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to the Learning Ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, and other tools. 

 

  1. Users Upskilling: Develop and manage educational and communication content for HR personnel to provide guidance and training, enabling them to master the usage of tools. 

 

  1. Community Management: Promote communication and maintain official channels and communities, creating engagement and coordinating activities for users. 

 

  1. Adaptable Role Contributions: Participate in additional tasks and projects across other streams as required, supporting broader HR Digitalization initiatives. 

 

This role will require you to work autonomously and manage your own time, ensuring that you achieve the aligned goals. 

 

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:  

  • Flexibility to manage your time, you will align with your team and manager on the days you work at home.

  • You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)

About you

We are looking for someone passionate and curious about Learning, Technology, and HR. This is a fast-paced environment; you need to feel at ease with uncertainty and encountering new discoveries every day. 

 

You are a champion:  

 

  • Available from July for a duration of 6 months 

  • You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school. 

  • English fluency is required. French is not required. We will value your knowledge in other languages. 

  • You feel comfortable with the use of technology - even tools that may be unfamiliar to you - and the ability to learn about it.  

  • We will value any experience in projects related to learning, technology, HR, data, digitalization, instructional design, or corporate education.
