You are part of the Danone Place Singapore (DPS) HR team with the ambition to be a collaborative business partner supporting sustainable growth by actively contributing to various HR functions and projects, while further developing your knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Support the HR Function in General HR Related Matters & Special Projects
• HR Process Improvement:
o Enhance existing employee data platform which includes data entry & sorting, record management, and simple automation.
o Contribute to the automation of HR processes and tools, including HR data consolidation and reorganization, as well as HR dashboards consolidation.
o Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
o Automate generation of HR documents
o Enhance employment contract look and feel.
Talent Acquisition
• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Learning Management
• Collaborate with HR team members to manage training and development programs, including tracking attendance, coordinating materials, and soliciting feedback.
Culture & Engagement
• Support the organization and execution of culture and engagement activities and events.

To be successful in this role, you will need…
The following technical skills and experience:
• University degree (in progress) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related fields of studies
• Full-time availability for a minimum of 6 months
• Good analysis skills, good command of Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel background is preferred
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal for effective interactions with stakeholders
• Power BI background is preferred
