About the Job

You will join the Specialized Nutrition Product Sourcing and Strategy team. The Product Sourcing Strategy is one of key central operations team supporting the strategic agendas of Global Specialized Nutrition organization. Our mission is to design the operations of Specialized Nutrition network to ensure the right products are available every day and by doing that we strive for these 4 key choices:

1. Right Product Portfolio. We take part in innovation development programs and reinforce the right product portfolio e.g. recipe, SKU and volume to market.
2. Right Product Sourcing. We strategically create sourcing portfolio of our manufacturing network in semi-finished and finished goods.
3. Better network capability and capacity. We ensure business continuity by having the right production technology at the right factory with the right capacity for future growth and innovations.
4. Solid processes. We enable all above 3 activities through the established governance. You will be contributing by being involved in process & governance design along with building systems and digital tools to support animation of right product portfolio.

We are looking for a colleague who is entrepreneurial and a go-getter.

Your main key responsibilities:

• Support build-up of cross-functional Product Portfolio Management facilitation structure by understanding SN product portfolio complexity.
• Actively support on Product portfolio optimization strategy formation and recommendation structuring.
• Lead systems solution integration of next wave of connected product data platform, Connect 2.0, across SN worldwide. Together with the team explore possibility of AI application plugins to be integrated within the product.
• Set up and track KPIs to ensure data integrity for Connect 2.0 data system.
• Ensure previously aligned change processes linked to Connect 2.0 are maintained by performing periodic stress test.
• Enhance PowerBI based existing set of reports suited to cross functional user base needs.
• Support team with worldwide implementation of product delisting process digitization
• You will be responsible to coordinate with product development (R&I), operations projects, marketing, factory operations and master data lead for product portfolio topics.

You are a perfect match for the role if:

• You are a Masters student in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or any other technical related field with a strong affinity for process design and digitization
• You have strong data management skills and extensive experience on how to analyse large number of data with Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Advanced user of Power BI (at least understanding of basic data modelling logic and beginner level DAX) is a big plus
• You are confident working autonomously in a complex work environment, think proactively and innovatively and not afraid to communicate and reach out to others.
• You have strong analytical skills, thriving in an environment where you can solve problems and be continuously challenged. Furthermore, you are a results-oriented person, willing and ready to learn with a ‘Can do’ mindset.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in 1st of October 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from the Hoofddorp office 2 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
