YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (91), in our superb new global Danone research & innovation center, from October 2023.  

To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Inès Lardier-Verstraete, Quality in Design senior manager.  

• Executing the implementation of a HelpDesk/Knowledge Center for Quality and Food Safety in Design, end-to-end (30%): from the identification of the team needs, and internal best practices and user experience to the data collection, tool testing and final release to the local users & global team
• Contributing to monthly & quarterly reporting for QFS in Design, global & EU function (30%): data collection (inc. automatization) & trends analysis
• Getting our Lessons learned program to the next level (30%): bringing existing “learning” into central location, transferring to the unified template, getting new lessons/learning collected and identifying appropriate tools to capture the execution of the “call for actions” part.

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

• Being part of a highly dynamic & expert global team and interact with local team members, all over the globe
• Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
• Advantages of the location: global Research & Innovation center with plenty of opportunities to learn more about different roles & career paths across R&I and QFS

You are:

• Available from October for a duration of 6 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from scientific university or engineering school
• Appetences: rigorous/disciplined, results-focused, willing to ask questions
• Language: Do you speak English? We need someone who is fluent. French is a bonus
• Softwares: the pro of Excel and ideally PowerBI, working with databases has no more secret for you (master) / you feel comfortable with PowerPoint/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams (intermediary) / curious and wants to know more about the tool (beginner)
