From this position within Analytical Excellence (AE) Laboratory Performance & Data & Digital team in Danone Place Amsterdam, you will be responsible for:

• Management of Analytical Alternative methods project management either for NIR/IR or Alternative microbiological methods depending on your expertise
• Supporting Laboratory organization with data & tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Query …).
• Managing different and datasets within Laboratory network example Proficiency results.
• AE Quality Management System (QMS) document management creation and management
• Involved in diverse lab related projects and also Data mining & Root cause analysis

Key deliverables

• Support deployment of Alternative analytical method program
• Maintenance of Power BI Dashboard
• Laboratory QMS documentation development for labs in line with ISO 17025
• Data & Digital Tools management

As a new Q&FS Analytical Excellence Laboratory Performance Intern, data analytics will be second nature to you. You can confidently use Power Bi and Excel advanced, and are eager to solve complex challenges and work autonomously. On top of that? You’re a proactive and precise team player, who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Experience in Power Bi and Excel advanced; power Query, Excel MDS, Datalyzer, NIR/IR is a plus
• Enrolled as a Master’s student in Food Chemistry / Microbiology / Life Science or related field during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in October/November 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp, Netherlands at least 2 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
