• Invoice processing: efficiently receive, digitize and sort invoices in accordance with established procedures and according to local processes and tax requirements (mailbox management)
• Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices by comparing them with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Digitalization: Facilitate the digitalization of invoices to streamline electronic record-keeping and improve accessibility
• Open vendor balances report & analytics: support team in regular review of aged vendor items and taking relevant actions to close them;
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate end-to-end processing within P2P department
• Accounting and tax knowledge: maintain and develop knowledge about accounting and local tax requirements (using procedures, local materials and trainings provided by department and the company)

• Knowledge of essence of P2P process, experience with related tools (SAP knowledge will be a benefit, experience in other Shared service organization will be a benefit)
• Finance/Accounting background
• Good organization skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Proactive approach to process improvements
• Good command of English (primary language of the scope will be an asset but it is not mandatory for Benelux scope)
