Job Title – IT Analyst - Compliance

Location – Danoners have the personal choice to decide where and how to work! Therefore, we support remote/flexible working for this position. Danone hubs are located in London, Trowbridge & Birmingham.

Mission of the Role 

Leads IT & Data risks assessment and coordinates execution of controls for UKI Supply Points.  Ensures internal IT & Data controls and GDPR compliance are followed by Supply Points.

 

Scope & Impact

  • Provide cyber security and GDPR incident support for:-

    • UK IIT and Data team

    • 5 x UK and Ireland supply points (Liverpool, Wexford, Macroom, Kettering and Harrogate)

    • 500+ Users

    • 500+ Endpoints (devices)

  • Monthly compliance checks across 3 Security and Governance scorecards and reporting back action plans to the Senior IT Security Manager

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain IT risks mapping for UKI &  the remediation plans follow-up with Supply Points

  • The awareness and the training of key actors in the IT & Data, OT & Digital teams at Supply Points for risks detection & solving

  • Own internal control plan for Supply Points and ensure timely actions in cooperation with all IT and OT teams

  • Enable Dango & GDPR compliance by design at the Supply Points (anticipate the IT controls and compliance of the new platforms)

  • Support investigation and crisis management in case of IT & Data controls breach

  • Support internal and external auditor requests, coordinate mitigation plans

  • Animation of GDPR topics at Supply points

  • NIST framework – Operate under the NIST risk management framework and support in mapping risk areas for supply points

About you

Key Skills & Experience 

  • Passion for deep understanding of IT landscape and application map

  • Operational experience of working with internal teams and external auditors

  • Understanding of cybersecurity and GDPR

  • Capacity to work on IT complex & new technologies, technical & analytical skills, eager to learn

  • Good communication skills : to be able to explain simply complex concepts or analysis

  • Team spirit and ability to work in process mode

  • Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism

  • Experience in  IT audit management is a plus
