We are looking for an IT&Data Product Analyst who understands the I2P end users needs and supports the I2P Product Owner in defining the vision of the invoice-to-pay product, making the product vision a reality and maximizing the value creation. You need to be highly specialized in Accounts Payable process setup, have experience in SAP, Business Analysis and Change Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• collaborating with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements
• supporting the Product Owner to communicate with IT providers and explain the business needs in a way that everyone understands
• basware data analysis and insights generation for new change requests
• identifying patterns, trends, and correlations that can impact I2P product strategy and/or decision-making
• risk management: supporting the I2P Product Owner in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the product
• working with the I2P Product Owner to refine the guidelines for when a requirement is considered complete and ready for design and subsequent change request steps
• continuous improvement: actively seeking feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users to identify areas for improvement in IT applications involved in Accounts Payable process
• supporting the I2P Product Owner to communicate with the stakeholders to understand them as much as possible
• product performance analysis: identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance I2P product effectiveness and profitability
• contributing to I2P product and its solutions enhancement, maintenance, testing

We expect you to have: 

• experience in managing IT products
• good knowledge of Accounts Payable process, experience with Basware and/or other IT applications for invoice lifecycle management
• an ability to explain complex matters in simple form
• innovative thinking & focus on user experience
• detail-oriented approach
• business or IT degree (bachelor or equivalent)
• experience (in years): >5 years in Accounts Payable and/or > 3 years in Projects Management environment; > 1 year in IT Finance domain
