As the Head of Marketing at EVI Japan, you are the mastermind ensuring that the experience of evian in Japan is fully savored, connected and relevant for local consumers. You are completely tuned in to your unique market environment & can develop, recommend and implement the right strategies to make a real impact. Always working closely with the commercial teams, you get the platform to bring to life your ideas & see the tangible impact it has on business results. You will build amazing cross-cultural & cross-functional connections, all of which will in turn build you professionally & personally.

<Main Responsibilities>

1. Understand Consumers, Markets and Brands performances with the objective to generate business insights and translate them into opportunities

2. Co-lead the Zone Business Plan and recommends & pilots the Brand Activation Consumers Interaction plans along with innovation needs

3. Channel Activations

4. Track & Facilitate Business Results

5. Management of staffs

About you

General Bachelor’s Degree and above

Strong written and spoken Business Japanese and English language skills

Proven track record of leading the growth agenda of a brand

Digitally savvy and fluent with SNS platforms

Knowledge of trade channels (off-premise, on-premise, impulse and on-the-go)

Strong Analytical skills

Leadership skills & strategic thinking: challenge, leads, influence, engage;

Entrepreneurial profile: pragmatic, fast-learner on –the-job, flexibility/adaptability, business sense, results oriented;

Open-minded attitude, Good listener, positive and constructive spirit

Aspiring for International evolution

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively (including pro-activeness, anticipation, identifying bottle-necks and potential hurdles);

Results and excellence-oriented in execution (Do-er);

Ability to leverage the multi-Cultural differences and similarities

Coaching/mentoring/people development skills

Manage Distributor relationships along with President and Head of Sales, sales team, Quality and supply team, with a one voice spirit.
