As the Junior Brand Manager in DANONE, you will take the challenge to prepare wide range of action and activities regarding launch of our dairy products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager in brand management & ongoing projects,
• Participating in preparation and execution of yearly brand plan,
• Leading projects for NPDs (new products / flavors / formats) and marketing campaigns,
• Performing market & brand performance analysis, 
• New packaging / packaging change process coordination,
• Cross-functional cooperation with supporting departments, 
• Cooperation with global team. 

You are a perfect fit for this role, because:

• You have previous experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Project Management in FMCG company (min. 1-2 years of experience),
• You are proactive, openminded person, able to predict “next steps” and prepare solution before problem appears,
• You can prove your ownership with project management preferably with previous NPD experience,
• You have developed analytical skills. - You are strict with deadlines and self-motivated person,
• Your communication in Polish and English is same smooth as knowledge of MS office.
