About you
At least 3 years of experience within FMCG industry with a successful and proven track record in sales management
Czech or Slovak speaker and an English language level of minimum B2
Customer-centric mindset
Strong leadership skills, conceptual selling skills, and team cooperation
Effective goal-setting skills, i.e. strong result orientation
Experience in leading teams and projects
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driving license - B
