This role is a 12 month FTC with the option to be 3 or 4 days per week. 

Role Purpose:

Define and execute the capability and culture roadmap for the UK&I ONE Marketing community.

Capability mapping

• Define transversal capabilities across the One Marketing community, +100 marketeers (all marketing teams across UK & Ireland)
• Align and influence UKI requirements with the Global Marketing capability team.

Capability roadmap

• Launch and manage the ONE Marketing capability learning roadmap for the UKI, including all functional expert capability requirements (Insight/all media/content/data & digital).
• Development of all content; leveraging global materials and creating locally relevant content where needed across all One Marketing functions, including all functional deeper dive capability requirements.

Culture programme

• Development and management of the One Marketing culture programme with the support of the culture committee across the community, including leadership of 2 x One Marketing inspiration days/year.
• Development and management of Healthy Nutrition category and COE culture programme.
• Development and management of Category, brand and functional external award entries.

• Unlock media and touchpoint opportunities and unleash the power of digital and data
• Ability to lead across all Marketing functions, collaborate with the capability team globally and CCD capability lead locally to understand all needs to influence and build relevant learning content and lead through others
• Influential strategic thinking.
• Accountability and agility to adapt to a complex environment, assumes the lead on capability and culture

Salary bracket: £67,000 - £85,000 (pro rata)
