We are looking for a Media & Digital Manager to hold the responsibility for the full Media Strategy & integrated communication planning for Danone Portugal 3 categories (Dairy, Plant-Based and Specialized Nutrition), agencies eco-system management and always aims to maximize our communication efficiency & impact.

Main areas of responsibility are the following:

1. Strategy: Media & Communication strategy definition, activation & analysis.
2. Media “Traditional”: Yearly negotiation, planning, max. campaign efficiency, coverage & tracking.
3. Digital: Display, Programmatic, Paid Search (SEM-SEO), Paid Social, Content creation (e.g Podcast, etc) and eRetail Media.
4. Agencies stakeholders management: Media, Digital, PR, Creative.
5. Budget Management: full alignment with Finance Marketing controller on phasing/spent, always max. spent efficiency.

To be successful in this role we believe that is it positive to have:

• Strong background on media planning & negotiation with deep knowledge on Digital.
• Organized, attention to detail, analytical, good communicator & strong ability to establish relationship with partners at different levels, business & result oriented.
• Work closely with our partners (agencies) & brand teams driving & guiding them to secure Danone’s best interest & reach the best possible business output for each campaign.
