The Media & Digital Manager is responsible for:
Strategy
- Develop quarterly media plans, leading online and offline decision-making
- Co-define and implement paid media excellence (goals > KPIs > optimisation)
- Own precision marketing strategy
- SEO & strategy ownership
- Media thought leadership, precision-marketing strategy & ownership of the learning agenda
- Definition and implementation of paid media excellence & target setting
Execution
- Adapt and optimize budget spent in all media touchpoints
- Implement quarterly media plans (tactical plans builts up -> execution)
- Drive precision marketing campaigns implementation
- Tech & tools: ownership (roll out & sustain)
- SEA: Global Guidelines champion, ecom & brand teams sparring partner
- IAS tracking follow up
Know how
- Own online & offline media evaluation & reporting
- GA analytics ownership & insights extraction
- Media learnings codification: start / stop / continue
- Best practice sharing
- Co-build media test & learn, ROI measurement agenda
- Tech & tools: ownership
- Upskilling the wider organization
About you
- Broad Media and/or Digital expertise, on the brand or agency side
- Ability to set the agenda and ensure plans are in-line with strategy & codified insights
- Driven by business impact; real partner for other Marketing teams
- External perspective, continuous learner
- Ability to find the balance between discipline and innovation
- Ability to extract maximum value from external partners and our global teams
