Role Purpose:

Analyse the performance of our marketing campaigns across all media touchpoints and channels. Support the planning and activation of our marketing campaigns to include learning from previous activities and make recommendations for improvement. Report regularly on performance, actions required to optimize campaigns and help build a performance mentality within the marketing team.

 

  • Support our connected media planning team by providing insightful analysis of both audience and media performance and making recommendations to improve.
  • Perform analysis of business and media data to inform future planning activity, identify trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver performance analysis across media channels, lead insights reporting and create data visualizations to update key stakeholders in the marketing team.
  • Work closely with our media agency and connected planning team to identify opportunities to improve media performance through insight and analysis.
  • Partner with our Addressable Media and Audience Manager to develop audience strategy by pulling insight across paid, owned, and earned media across a multitude of disparate sources.
  • Measure and optimise campaigns on the fly including targeting, creative performance and conversion goals.
  • Work with our internal teams and agencies to develop standard reporting templates for media performance and update these regularly for campaigns and always on activity.
  • Work closely with our internal Website, Search, Social, CRM and D-Com team to harmonise our reporting and analytics approach, and to track and measure conversion.
  • Own the provision of analytics for digital media channels including display, social media, retail media
  • Develop a testing frameworks as part of an ongoing learning agenda.
  • Use a multitude of data sources, listening and reporting platform to provide insights and shape our brand and campaign direction

About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

 

  • Proficient analytical capability enabling the interpretation of data, formulation of conclusions, and provision of actionable suggestions
  • Competency in utilising a range of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social etc
  • High level of technical aptitude and makes data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organised and able to work in fast paced evolving context
  • Accountable & results driven with good stakeholder management at all levels .
  • Collaborative with good cross-functional and cross-agency leadership
