Please note: We are currently recruiting for two Customer Service Specialist positions in the Medical Affairs team. One is a permanent role and one is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role Purpose:

  • Play an active customer service role in the UK Nutricia Resource Centre (part of the UK and Ireland Nutricia Medical Affairs team) offering advice and support on the Nutricia range of products and services to Healthcare Professionals, Parents and Carers.

Key Activities:

  • Advise on Nutricia products and offer empathetic, enthusiastic, and friendly support.
  • Support Nutricia Resource Centre by escalating medical queries and promoting effective ways of working.
  • Provide adhoc cover for the Irish Resource Centre.
  • Maintain a high-quality Knowledge Base within the Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Stay updated with Nutricia Medical Affairs team activities and ensure updates are rolled out to the Resource Centre.
  • Follow correct escalation procedures and collaborate with all business areas. Contribute to monthly summary reports for product and service improvement.
  • Highlight areas for service/product improvement to the wider business.
  • Act on customer satisfaction based on feedback and comments, developing action plans for service improvement.
  • Become an expert on either Adult or Paediatric ranges of Nutricia’s products while retaining broad knowledge of other products.

 

About you

We would like you to demonstrate you have the following key skills:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally
  • Demonstrates an ability to use own initiative

To be considered for this role:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or a closely related area

Salary Bracket: £23,000 to £27,000.
