YOUR MISSIONS
1- Risk Management & Sourcing Compliance (indicative ~50%)
You will be in charge of :
Managing Materials monitoring in End 2 End : Follow local business Execution & Reaction to results ; Establish Dashboard per category of Materials (recycled material, virgin material...) and share with relevant function.
Managing data & make clear and “easy to understand” communication of it and attending relevant forum.
Managing Supplier portfolio of plastics suppliers : Consolidate & Manage IT tool on Suppliers portfolio ; Track Compliance & Manage, Rank deviation according to sourcing risk.
Driving C&P in SAR conformity : communication & Training and managing Upstream Supplier Document libraries & communicate awareness to local teams.
2- SRM Upstream Development (indicative ~50%)
You will be in charge of :
Maping & Developing missing standards with stakeholders (Global & Local R&I, C&P & QFS function)
Preparing communication & training execution for Regional & Local deployment, driving the local CBU in the implementation of the new standards.
Collecting Local inputs & best practices from local expertise for updates and supporting the local business by collecting their needs / request for diverse technical upstream support.
You are IT fluent (with tool such as Power BI, MS Office Excel, PowerPoint) and able to manage data
You are rigorous and accurate with continuous improvement mindset, but also pragmatic, synthetic & straight to the point !
With at least a bachelor diploma and 5 years of experience in FMCGs on similar roles or topics, you have already knowledge management with ability to engage and transfer,
Systemic view and knowledge of Quality activities and processes all along the value chain, like being solution oriented are keys to succeed
Good stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills to foster engagement and collaboration within functions and departments, and to build network internally and externally.
Last but no least, you are fluent in English and ideally in French too (speaking and writing) !
