About the Job:

 

We are currently looking to hire an Office Coordinator! This is an on-site position, located in our Broomfield, CO corporate office.

 

The Office Coordinator will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to employees, clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. Responsible for planning and coordinating meeting and event logistics for employees and other corporate functions. Will be the liaison and manage our third-party vendors relating to the facility supplies and operations.

 

This position reports to the HR Business Partner.  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:  

  • Greets employees, clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Responsible for on-site events and logistics to include reserving and preparing meeting space, to include ordering food and supplies. (e.g. Employee Appreciation Day, company town halls, holiday celebrations, team meetings, etc.)
  • Partners with building security to maintain active employee database for access to company suite to include issuing/collecting/replacing key fobs/ID badges.
  • Manages third-party vendors for the office (food & beverage, cleaning, office supplies, security, etc.)
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks such as expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The base compensation range for this position is $28.85 – $36.06 per hour which equates to $60k-$75k annually, commensurate with experience.  

 

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs, send emails and create presentations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Thorough understanding of event planning practices and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of related experience required.
