Operations Quality Assurance Executive

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the " Operations Quality Assurance Executive" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

We're looking for a candidate who will be working in a position that interacts and works in close co-operation with IPRO, Marketing, Regulation, R&I, Supply Chain teams for various innovation/roll-out/locatization projects, provide technical expertise and support for import process to ensure the business continuity.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Ensuring the operational compliance of quality management system according to legal requirements and Danone Global Quality & Food Safety Standards
• Managing and implementing CBU quality procedures and providing training to relevant functions
• Experience in implementing GMP and legal requirements for medical nutrition (FSMP) and baby nutrition product categories, and/or medical devices
• Following the complaint and non-conformity trends, performing root cause analysis and deep dive investigation in collaboration with factories, global and local cross-functional teams
• Follow up quality KPIs and report on regular basis to drive quality performance with a continuous improvement mindset
• Support project teams to perform risk assessments, raise quality & food safety related risks during innovation/renovation/roll-out projects, follow up the action plans
• Check and ensure compliance of artworks for baby nutrition and medical nutrition products, give quality approval in relevant global artwork management tools
• Support import operations of baby nutrition and medical nutrition products from quality & food safety point of view, with support of producing factory

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality departments preferably in a factory in Food/Medical or Pharmaceutical industry etc.
• Good Knowledge of the FSSC 22000, Medical Nutrition GMP standards
• Advanced level of written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented
• Team player having effective communication skills
• Ability to work well in cooperation with cross-functional teams
