This individual is responsible for creating and delivering the product vision for the Cash & Financial Operations Squad supporting the Americas Region.  The focus will be to deliver high impact value on products for the General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Tax and Treasury business partners.  This organization is designed using agile framework and therefore will deliver value using product methodologies.  The role will have managerial responsibilities with a staff of Product Analyst(s) supported by internal / external Chapter roles (or technical specialists).  In partnership with the global organization, regional teams, and local business in markets, this role will define and implement the product vision for technology capabilities for US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. 

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in support of Financial applications: SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA, Financial tools and processes (Account Receivables, Account Payables, Treasury, TAX, Accounting, Finance Controlling), best-of-breed tools such as HighRadius, Kyriba, Thompson Reuters Tax, Lockbox, Edicom, etc.
• Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana, and relevant ticketing/Agile management systems.
• Experience with CPG and working agile are desired.
• Experience working in a multicultural, remote team environment.
