Digital technology is a vital part of Danone's sales & marketing operations and increasingly processes data stemming from consumer carelines, social media, online behavior, customer feedback, market data and many other. With that, advanced sales & marketing platforms and applications are designed to analyze, interpret and manage these data sources and their application in a user-friendly way. The Benelux IT team for Sales and Marketing platforms advices, implements and supports these advanced systems in close cooperation with the Benelux business units (CBU's) for both geographies The Netherlands and Belgium/Luxemburg.

The IT & Data Sales & Marketing team in the Benelux is part of the global IT & Data team at Danone. With the purpose "We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data" we support Danone to achieve its 2030 goals around One Planet One Health. IT & Data has set an ambitious vision, for technology and data to be declared strategic differentiators of Danone by 2025, powered by an agile IT & Data organization.

To help driving innovation, the Benelux IT team for Sales & Marketing platforms is hiring a Product Owner Commercial Technologies. Ideal candidates possess an eagerness to drive innovation to the next level within the Benelux together with local Sales & Marketing business stakeholders and IT & Data colleagues in the global headquarters in France. It is by no means a developed function and internal business development, cooperation with external parties as well as education of stakeholders will form a major part of the daily routine next to the day-to-day management of ongoing projects.

In the position of Product Owner, you support and design applications for commercial platforms while working in close cooperation with Danone's global experts. Examples of these platforms are Salesforce, Adobe, Acumen and Equadis. You are stakeholder-focused and maintain a healthy business relationship with your counterparts at the Benelux businesses. You constantly seek and advice on the best commercial solutions for our internal stakeholders in our dynamic environment while managing project rollouts in a professional fashion.

Your Mission
• Be one of the Benelux' experts for commercial applications and platforms with a 100% stakeholder-centric mindset
• Develop businesses and advice leaders of the Benelux CBU's on commercial platforms while organizing the day-to-day support
• Demonstrate clear leadership
• As active member of the Benelux Sales & Marketing team you drive ideas and new insights with your direct colleagues

About you

An experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar position where stakeholder management and interaction with different parties was a significant part of your role
Knowledge of either Salesforce, Adobe or Commerce tools
Developed communication skills (verbal and written) in a multi-level stakeholder management environment, structured way-of-working
Ability to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
Creative and willingness to drive new ideas
Open to frequently travel between de different Danone sites in the Benelux
Advanced level in English, Dutch and French
