About the job
Own the vision of the product Order Management and B2B NORAM, its definition, and the associated value. Build and sustain the backlog, arbitrate among different needs and priorities, and the delivery and performance of assigned product. Ensure consistency between the needs of End-users and stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery, deployment and adoption. Understand the business needs, structures and translate them into the backlog, envisioning different solution to those needs. Evaluate the costs and benefits of different options with input from the product team to maximize value creation. Own the cost model of the product. Prioritize, plan and communicate on the steps identified to deliver the product. Handle simultaneously product discovery and delivery in an adaptative, incremental and iterative manner. Establish partnership with leading technology providers related to assigned product. Monitor and improve user experience and adoption. Manage the full lifecycle of the product.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field of study, and 8 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving in IT, Ecommerce, SAP Sales and Distribution, and EDI. Experience specified must include each of the following: 8 years of experience with SAP SD and interfaces, OTC process, price procedure and EDI interfaces; and 4 years of experience with Agile framework and SCRUM including agile fundamentals and ceremonies, JIRA, MIRO, and Asana tools. Requires SAP S/4certification. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Requires up to 15% domestic/international travel.

Salary: $150,384 to $153,000/year
