We have an amazing opportunity for a Promotional Auditor who will be responsible for auditing trade promotions for all system users. This individual will ensure accuracy of trade promotions and data elements within trade management applications. This position can be based out of Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY!

Responsibilities:

• Review promotions to ensure that the promotion attributes match the customer offer sheet or appropriate backup (100%)
• Audit trade promotions & customer offer sheets for discrepancies
• Examine and evaluate propriety of promotions
• Prepare and communicate detailed audit findings
• Ensure compliance and comprehension of financial elements
• Follow up with CBMs and Planning Team to provide feedback and coaching opportunities
• Review deal types for similar learning’s to be applied to upcoming promotions
• Familiarity with general accounting theory and practices
• Analyze promotions for accruals and determine where adjustments should be made
• Create weekly master scorecard

 

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  
  
• You ideally have 2 years of work experience in a CPG company
• You have an understanding of trade marketing, sales, accounting, and finance
• You have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong Excel skills
• You have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• You have the ability to translate between sales needs and technical processes

 

The base compensation range for this position is $40k-55k commensurate with experience.
