Specialized Nutrition (SN) is a highly sensitive, complex and strongly regulated business. This position supports our Global Specialized Nutrition Unit QFS organization by ensuring SN QFS standards and processes in existing and liquid manufacturing lines and new line installations.

  

Your main mission will be:

  • Proactive QFS compliance management in aseptic and commercially sterile liquid IF and Medical product manufacturing
  • Be an expert in and write QFS standards for existing and new liquid installations, heat treatment strategies and CIP validation
  • Identify and develop QFS improvements by identifying potential issues and solving existing issues in IF and Medical liquid lines

 

More specific you’ll work on:

  • Limit risk for liquid IF and medical product driven QFS crisis and incidents
  • Support delivery of innovation and productivity project and business-centric liquid standards enabling efficiencies while protecting our consumers
  • Be expert point of contact for factories in manufacturing IF, and FSMP liquids
  • Represent global QFS as Single Point of Contact in liquid projects and CIP Governance
  • Validation of QFS processes for new production lines inc. CIP and sterilization.

About you

You are a team player who can easily connect with cross functional departments and strong in stakeholder management. You have strong communication skills to communicate and influence at all levels and can easily build effective working relationships. For this role it is important to have a proactive attitude, prioritization skills with a strong eye for detail.

You’ll fit perfectly if you have:

  • In depth knowledge of aseptic liquid processing including engineering standards
  • Good knowledge of medical ingredients
  • Data gathering and analysis capability, including statistical process control
  • Advanced problem-solving techniques
  • Microbiological sampling performance optimisation and assessment
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross functional working
