Are you ready to play an important role in Nutricia’s business while being a trusted subject matter specialist in the Regulatory field? Here is the chance! As Regulatory Affairs Manager at Nutricia Worldwide, you will provide on a daily basis Regulatory expertise, guidance and advice to the business.

Nutricia Worldwide is one of the most dynamic and international divisions within Danone, operating in 48 countries with 55 distributors together with the power of our team from 35 different nationalities.  We are a growing profitable business that is truly diverse and unique.

As Regulatory Affairs Manager you will be responsible:

  • Ensure compliance with Danone's guidelines, local regulations, standards and legislation for products in Nutricia portfolio. This includes Infant and young child formula, food and FSMP – Food for Special Medical Purposes.
  • Carry out regulatory tasks related to placing Nutricia products on the market, including validation of product labels, communications and registrations.
  • Validate communication materials.
  • Manage Regulatory databases.
  • Be a subject matter specialist in Regulatory Affairs within food and food for special medical purposes for all Nutricia Worldwide (NWW) countries.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team.
  • Manage 1 Registration Officer

About you

You have strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate, manage and prioritize many different tasks at the same time. You like taking initiative and can work independently in the implementation of an entrusted task. You also bring the following background:

 

  • Master’s or Bachelor degree in Regulatory or Food Law.
  • At least 3- 4 years of (preferably international) work experience in the regulatory field within food or pharma industry.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to understand, analyze, interpret and apply regulations in practice and to assess the risk.
  • Ability to understand and assess regulatory risks & opportunities for the business
  • Ability to bring new or alternative regulatory solutions for the business.
  • Focus on accuracy, insight and reliability.
  • Experience in medical devices is an additional advantage.  
  • Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English. Russian language skills would be an advantage.
