About us

YOUR responsibilities as a Regulatory Specialist will include (but are not limited to):

  • Implement Regulatory Roadmap in a competitive way for the respective business unit
  • Ensure implementation of specific Regulatory processes in a compliant and ethical way:
    • Labelling and artworks validation
    • Communication and claims validation
    • Draft risk assessments, under supervision of direct manager
    • Prepare product notification documentation
  • Implement Regulatory strategy in line with subsidiary objectives.
  • Ensure Regulatory Watch and define impacts of new regulation projects
  • Ensure comprehensive and on-going knowledge of emerging trends and subjects with potential impact on business objectives for :
    • Product / Food Law & Regulations (Composition, Registration, Labelling)
    • Consumer, Advertising Law & Regulations (Claims, benefits, promotion).
  • Support business and third partners by providing and leveraging regulatory knowledge, as needed
  • Support business in discussions, consultations with regulatory authorities, competitors or other stakeholders, after alignment with direct manager
  • Provide regulatory affairs trainings for different internal and external stakeholders in dependence of regulatory aspects
  • Support Food Safety team in terms of:
    • Monitoring: Compile, assess and communicate the applicable food safety laws and regulations
    • Providing expertise to Q&FS, local and central teams on regulatory topics (new developments of products and packaging, specifications, incidents and crises, etc.), as needed
    • Support the implementation of the Company guidelines, positions and directives by carrying out the assessment of the applicable food safety laws and regulations
