Today, we have an amazing role for you, based in Lisbon, in our sales team, as Revenue Growth Manager:
Challenges of the role:
a) Analysis and follow-up of all promotions in the KPI's of: Volume, NS, profitability and efficiency of investments in order to define strategic guidelines that allow us to have a more efficient promotional strategy for each client and each brand;
b) Monitoring and analysis of promotional financial KPI's by customer and brand;
c) Develop promotional policy recommendations, recommended prices policy and evaluation of new formats and new products in line with the company's strategy, adapting the categories for a sustainable future;
d) Facilitator in the search for business solutions/proposals to reach the CO/CANN targets provided in the company's roadmap
e) Coordinate the PRGM area, in terms of:
-Ensure the provision of all information collected by the sales team;
-Ensure support to the NKAS team and category managers with market information.
What do you need to be succesful on the role?
Degree in Management, Economics or similar.
At least 3years of experience in Financial or PRGM area
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Strong drive for results
Proactivity, looking for new opportunities, taking initiative and problem-solving skills
Good analytical (Advanced Excel knowledge is required and Power BI will be a plus) and creative skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to work in sales and learn how to handle different customers and situations.
