We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) to help accelerate the development of sustainable and profitable value growth at Danone. This is a permanent role and reports to the PRGM Lead. In this role you will use your modelling skills and expertise leveraging financial and commercial data to offer practical, sustainable, and profitable recommendations to the business.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Promo & Pricing scenario planning –build, assess and benchmark promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data sources and provide recommendations.
  • CPI execution support & tracking Ensure adherence to CPI project management, CPI tracking and post implementation analysis.
  • Promo audit – track promo execution and evaluate performance to make recommendations to optimise promo plan.
  • NPD Pricing & Promotional Strategy – liaise with cross functional teams to coordinate inputs into Business Case and integrate pricing ladder benchmark into recommendation.
  • PRGM tools maintenance & upgrade – manage and optimize existing tools and develop new ones when required.

About you

You have prior experience working in commercial roles within Finance, Sales, or Category in the FMCG industry. You are a strategic and analytical thinker with an astute ability to turn data into compelling insights. You take pride in your ability to foster strong and positive relationships across all levels of stakeholders. You have an ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity with an action orientated mindset.


Ideally you will have:

  • Understanding of FMCG Pricing / Promotional strategy process and principles
  • Experience analysing internal and external data
  • Commercial acumen, ability to understand internal & customer P&L
  • Strong understanding of Scan and Shopper Data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Quantium)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Numeric and Analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
