Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and administering production SAP functions, including daily checks, production order processing, and master data management.

  • Monitoring inventory and stock movements, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly SAP reports.
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs and one-point lessons for production positions.
  • Providing SAP training and support to operators and key users.
  • Liaising with Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Troubleshooting SAP issues and escalating as needed.
  • Supporting site-wide SAP initiatives and system upgrades.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A diploma or certification in Production, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry (advantageous).
  • Proven communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Specialist knowledge of SAP and intermediate/advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
