Role Purpose:

 

Manage Integrated Communications Planning for Danone UK&I healthcare brands, delivering highly effective marketing campaigns and always-on activity TTL. Direct the development of comms strategy, creative ideation and all media channel planning, ensuring best practice is applied where relevant and that comms are activated on time, under budget and with maximum efficiency.

 

  • Implementing and managing the ICP process, which means ensuring teams and agencies are clear on the process, the templates and working with the Planning Manager and D&M experience team to ensure all key steps are being followed and planned with excellence to drive to the best, integrated output
  • Campaign project management of UKI key communications initiatives for your category which includes:
    • Leading x-agency and x-functional weekly squad meetings to co-ordinate all parties and workstreams, including driving agencies, minutes & actions
    • Timeline ownership and ensuring project is captured and being managed at every step via the Asana tool
    • Managing the flow of the project through each stage of planning from brief through to post campaign review
    • Making sure activation plans are integrated across touchpoints, including shopper + dcomm
    • Ensuring clear KPIs are in place across all touchpoints, with regular reporting and optimisation
    • Ultimately ensuring all projects are delivered right first time, on time, in budget
  • Driving comms governance within the category which includes collating 1 view of feedback after x-agency presentations, leading CIC meetings + ensuring key stakeholders are engaged to review and sign off plans at each step of ICP

About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

  • Highly skilled in x-functional and x-agency project management, including track record leading 360 activation from brief to post activation review
  • Delivers powerful creative ideas
  • Unlocks media touch point opps
  • Unlocks power of digital and data
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience of agile project management methodologies within marketing, media or content production environments, as well as experience of using MRM tools such as Asana, Wrike or Basecamp.
  • Highly organised but agile and able to work in fast pace/ evolving context
  • Accountable & results driven
  • Stakeholder management at all levels
  • Cross functional and agency leadership

 

Salary Bracket: £65000  - 74000
