•Understand Brand and channel strategy and lead strategic execution planning for all a coordinate and align (cocreate) direction and plan with cross functional Medical/Marketing and Sales organization to deliver Danone-Houses propositions for the shoppers and customers.
• Understand Category Visions to derive initiative idea for shopper experience to create excitement for more category engagement. 
• Understand/Manage Brand & channel P&L as part of A&P spending >> Leading annual A&P budget planning indicating channel priority and focus with action plans to ensure that budget allocation is effective and well-spent. 
• A&P productivity improvement to meet company plan and expectation.
• Develop market and competitor assessment + understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications to identify opportunities to adjust plan to serve better shopper engagement (to complete shopper journey – awareness, consideration and conversion and result better ROI on activation.
• Lead overall implementation plan from Planning execution, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals, monitor implementation milestone.
• Analyze result and feedback (Activity evaluation) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans (including increment, usage rate etc).
• Proactively develop/adjust plan and define priorities to deliver brand target by coordinating with crossed functions – Marketing, CSD, CCD, and Sales.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and Administration etc. 
• At least 7 years of experiences in Trade marketing and Sales. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of Shopper behavior and preferences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
