Danone Türkiye is looking for "Senior Operations Controlling Manager"
As the Senior Operations Controlling Manager - Dairy, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through close business partnering to for operation functions (Plants, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and R&I) and active collaboration with the global/regional teams.
In the context of your job, you will report to the Head of Operations Controlling and be directly responsible from the following with the assistance of your three direct reports.
• Based in Lüleburgaz
• Animate company financial performance cycle through monthly forecasting process and monitor risks and opportunities for plants, supply chain and procurement departments
• Manage Danone Group Rolling Forecast process (Quarterly & Monthly rolling forecasts and contribute & push others to deliver commitments supported with detailed financial analysis
• Being a business partner to Operations team by providing detailed analysis related to direct and indirect production cost for all factories and tracking current situation in the country
• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review and track proposed savings.
• Manage Capital Expenditures, feasibility analysis with operations team, calculating ROI, payback periods
• Involvement in monthly closing process; ensuring costing run properly for all industrial cost and all accruals booked
• Providing variance analysis between actuals vs forecast, obtaining valid explanations for variances from Operations team
• Manage the relations with and requests from the Global/Regional teams
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of CBU business reporting
• Coordinating the implementation of improvements to company Business Intelligence tools (SAP/BI system)
• Ensuring compliance of Danone Group Accounting and Internal Control rules
About you
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Min 10 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions
• IFRS reporting experience & basic accounting knowledge is required
• Financial controlling experience is required / FMCG experience/production experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Excellent organization, planning and negotiations skills
• High leadership skills to manage the team , peers & subordinates effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage complexity and contradictions with resilience and tenacity
• No military obligation for male candidates
