• Strategic business partnering with a category team to ensure strategies and initiatives are grounded in deep  insight and foresight
• Lead research and analytics projects to uncover diverse insights and unearth growth potential for Danone
• Proactively identify and drive insight based business opportunties into brand and category plans
• Develope and execute effective and efficient learning plans to identify consumer needs, pains & gains and translate them into actionable business recommendations
• Align, influence and cocreate insight and foresight agendas with regional and global teams

• Master‘s degree in market research, marketing, psychology or sociology
• 6+ years of client-side experience in insights/market research in consumer goods, preferably food, health care and/or baby categories
• Proven track record of mastering research, insights and analytics methodologies and tools
• Confidence and comfort challenging the status quo
• Fluent in English & German

Start is as soon as possible in any of our locations in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
