As a Specialized Nutrition Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving impactful projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring successful project launches within the specialized nutrition domain.

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Lead innovation, renovation, productivity projects for Specialized nutrition Milks, Pediatric Nutrition (Peads), Metabolic Nutrition (Mets) & Ketogenic Nutrition (Keto).
  • Coordinate cross-functional project team and serve as process expert identifying opportunities and recommendations to leadership & project team.
  • Develop project implementation plans, including timelines and risk/contingency options.
  • Manage project communication to business teams across the organization.
  • Assess and facilitate critical project decisions with business teams and/or management to ensure project priorities are optimized.
  • Conduct or facilitate root cause investigations when project or process deviations occur and identifies resolutions or corrective actions.
  • Warn about risks and deviations versus project timelines, escalate issues and risks.

About you

In order to be successful, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree industrial, business administration, or similar.
  • 4-5 years of previous working experience in project management within Supply Chain, Business or R&D functions, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Pharma industry.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, project time planning and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills and able to overcome complex situations.
  • Solution-oriented and compassionate mindset.
  • Ability to work in organized and structured way.
  • PMP certification and certification in Agile project management is a plus.
  • Advanced English skills in speaking and writing.
