PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

On Time in Full:

• Support the Planning Manager in weekly and monthly supply planning meetings.
• Facilitate the alignment of number from weekly/monthly meeting and cascade to SC Operation Executive and relevant team.

Stakeholder Mapping:

• Collaborate with Supply Planners & Export team at 3PMs/ID/TH/NZ
• Work with MBU Finance, SC Operation Executive, and Demand Planner
• Exposure Distributors SC and Finance

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate weekly/monthly meeting schedule and minutes of meetings (MoM)
• Handle other tasks under Planning Manager related Supply Planning.

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background & Leadership

Education and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration or other related field.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or students in their 3rd or 4th year of study

Skills:

• Effective Communication
• Basic data and analytical skills (proficiency in Excel, especially VLOOKUP, is a must).
• Curiosity/willing to learn new things
• Resilience and the ability to find alternative solutions.
