Reporting to the Head of HR, your main task revolves around ensuring that the Talent Acquisition activities are performed in a timely manner. You will also be assigned secondary tasks to provide general HR related support on other HR functions. This is a 1-year contract role.


•    Manage end to end recruitment process with alignment with respective hiring managers, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times
•    Advise hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies with reference to past data and external market insights
•    Collaborate with global/region talent teams to support the broad Talent goals
•    Provide timing reports and analytics on recruitment findings and progress
•    Provide General HR related support on HR project and other related activities

About you

•    Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience inhouse/outsource environment
•    Ability to build pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques 
•    Experience in hiring Senior Level Managers and below across different functions (Corporate / Digital / Tech / Research)
•    Experience in SAP Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
•    Some HR Generalist experience (preferred)
