Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Talent Management and Development Executive" position. 

As a Talent Management and Development Executive, you will be reporting to the Senior Talent & Development Manager.

In this role you will;

• Execute talent development initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
• Execute the performance management cycle, including objective setting, development conversations, performance evaluations, and calibrations
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making processes
• Support managing and executing Leadership Development initiatives
• Design comprehensive exit interviews to gather insights & analyze exit interview data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee retention and engagement
• Collaborate with & guide HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on all Talent Management & Development processes
• Develop and maintain talent management dashboards and reports to track key metrics, prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting talent management trends
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making in talent management initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
• 1-2 years Talent Management and Development Experience is preferred
• A collaborative and inclusive approach, and willingness to build strong business partnership and stakeholder relationships
• Curious and passionate to learn & bring outside-in
• Highly organized for planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
• Solution-oriented and creative in designing impactful initiatives
• Strong team player who is focused on contributing to the performance of the team
• Fluent in English & Turkish
• Proficiency level of MS office programs
