About the job

As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be managing the full recruitment process for interns and V.I.E. in close collaboration with all relevant parties involved. This includes attracting & sourcing candidates, ongoing candidate interaction, interviewing, assessing candidates and handling new hire requests.  

  

Secondly, you will support the team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent positions.  

 

While you grow and learn in the position, you will get the opportunity to take on more responsibility. 

 

Your main responsibilities are 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of applications, (video) interviews, offer, new hire requests, onboarding etc.  

  • Organizing interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates 

  • Maintaining the relationship with all candidates, including for future openings. Your main focus is providing our candidates with the “best-in-class” experience. 

  • Building close relationships with other members of the HR team, business stakeholders and external partners when relevant 

  

Last, but not least, we offer you the opportunity to support with employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects. 

About you

You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree and have a strong passion for HR, talent acquisition and employer branding in particular. A previous (internship) experience in recruitment or HR is a definite plus.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E? 

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 

  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 

  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.  

  • You have never done a V.I.E before.
