Position Overview: 

 

 The IT and Data Business Partner role serves as a vital link between information technology solutions, data strategies, and the unique requirements of our Infant Nutritional Manufactory. Reporting to and directly supporting the Head of IT & Data for Oceania, this role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, strategy, and data analytics within a tightly regulated, fast moving manufacturing environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders across product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, supply chain and internal business services, to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of IT and data strategies that align with business objectives, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Technology Implementation: Participate in projects aimed at leveraging IT solutions, automation, and data analytics to optimize processes throughout the manufacturing value chain, from sourcing to distribution.
  • Data Management Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders and data specialists to maintain data integrity, support reporting requirements, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance Awareness: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to infant formula manufacturing, quality and distribution, and support efforts to ensure compliance in IT systems and data processes.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Assist in evaluating and managing relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and technology partners, ensuring solutions meet divisional needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Change Management Assistance: Provide support to end-users during the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes, under the mentorship of senior team members. 

About you

You are : 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT roles or relevant internships, with exposure to data analytics and project management.
  • Interest in the FMCG industry, with a willingness to learn about infant formula manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles and familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, eagerness to collaborate with diverse teams, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and contribute to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. 

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?  

 

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

 

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.  
  • You have never done a V.I.E before. 

 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?  

 

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international. 
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month. 
  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid. 
  • The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
