We are currently looking to hire an Operations Director based in our Dallas, Texas beverage manufacturing location! In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations and directly supervise work of all plant department leaders. You will work closely with the Plant Director to direct and manage the day-to-day operation of the 24/7 production facility. Spending the majority of time on the production floor, you will coordinate the activities of the manufacturing facilities of the plant to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled and produced, to utilize plant capacities and optimize manufacturing costs and quality safely and effectively.
Additional responsibilities include:
Effectively implement, improve, and reinforce the company’s environmental health and safety programs and product food safety programs.
