As the PRGM manager, you will assist in the formulation and implementation of PRGM strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall EVAI strategy. Providing analytical support and insights to aid in the decision-making process, leveraging data to drive business performance, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of PRGM activities, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
As a PRGM Manager, you will be responsible for:
Analysis and follow-up of all promotions across KPIs such as Volume, Net Sales, profitability, and investment efficiency, to co-define strategic guidelines that enable a more efficient promotional strategy for each client and each brand.
Monitoring and analysis of promotional financial KPIs by client and brand.
Developing promotional policy recommendations, pricing policy suggestions, and evaluation of new formats and products in alignment with the company's strategy, adapting categories for a sustainable future.
Driving the search for business solutions/proposals to achieve the CO/NS targets outlined in the company's roadmap, managing KPIs such as price, portfolio, mix, and promotions.
Providing support to the team of NKAs and category managers on Revenue KPIs and encouraging the definition and implementation of action plans to meet internal objectives.
Facilitating monthly cycles on promotions with all sales teams, thoroughly analyzing impacts to enable quick identification of key issues to be discussed within the company.
Co-leading portfolio optimization initiatives, creating new promotional bundles, boxes, and strategy for promotions on innovation.
Being responsible for the monthly scorecard of our promotions: updating the management tool, analyzing and identifying alerts against the set objectives.
4+ years’ experience in a similar role, with financial knowledge including P&L management, as well as price, promotion, and ROI analysis of promotional initiatives.
Previous experience in managing revenue growth, ideally within luxury brands and within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium).

The main objective/purpose of this role is to innovate, implement, maintain, oversee and control all G2M systems & KPIs, sales technologies for a cutting-edge sales information and support program, to drive optimization & productivity projects and capability programs. The manager has to guide sales management and upper management to contribute to business sales strategies and to contribute to the day-today business decision-making process.
