Quality & Food Safety Management

Ensure quality requirements are met across all production stages.

Maintain and monitor food safety standards.

Implement and oversee GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Audit & Monitoring Activities

Manage internal and external audits, including follow-up actions.

Coordinate pre- and post-audit processes.

Conduct traceability and recall tests to assess accessibility and performance during potential crisis situations.

KPI & Performance Tracking

Monitor and report factory quality KPIs regularly.

Track and report FSPM (Food Safety Preventive Maintenance) points monthly.

Develop monitoring and action plans for delayed maintenance and deviations in FSPM points, including risk analysis.

Consumer Complaint Management

Perform root cause analysis of consumer complaints.

Manage and report complaints, including presentation preparation.

Product & Equipment Controls

Collaborate with relevant teams during new product development processes.

Conduct machine cleaning and foreign material inspections. Perform pre- and post-maintenance checks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Max 3 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety roles within the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in dairy, beverage, or similar sectors is an advantage.
• Technical Competencies Solid understanding of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
• Hands-on experience with GMP practices and hygiene monitoring.
• Familiarity with traceability systems and recall procedures.
• Ability to conduct inspections, supervise cleaning and foreign material controls.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning.
• Behavioral Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with good organizational skills.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Compliance rate with hygiene and quality control procedures.
• Timely execution of corrective actions and audit findings.
• Number and resolution time of consumer complaints.
• Effectiveness of traceability and recall simulations.
• FSPM deviation tracking and maintenance coordination.
