You are an experienced and curious product developer with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for detail. You thrive in cross-functional, international environments and are driven by making a real impact in the world of Specialized Nutrition.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Bioprocessing, or a related field, or equivalent working/thinking level acquired through experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in a product development or R&I environment, preferably in infant nutrition, dairy processing, wet phase processing, or spray drying.

• Solid understanding of qualification and validation processes, as well as food safety and quality non-negotiables.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across levels and departments (from operators to directors).

• A proactive, analytical, open-minded, and hands-on mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative and supportive team player.
