Become a leader in Consumer Healthcare Area being a Junior Brand Manager Pediatrics and contributing to the development and creation of the brand activation plan of pediatrics consumer healthcare for consumers in order to drive the growth to the brand.


What will be your challenges?


•    Support on the development and creation of the brand activation plan of pediatrics consumer healthcare for consumers to drive the growth to the brand.
•    Innovation & Renovation projects: Support on building launch plans, business cases, AWs creation and pipeline follow up, with the cross functional teams. 
•    Support develops, implements, measures & adjusts the marketing plans across stakeholders to deliver objectives according to GPS & KRs defined.
•    Develops content and communication, transforms science into competitive messaging for key stakeholders (Consumer & HCPs) adapted to all communication channels traditional and digital media.
•    Manage the process of developing brand communication plan with the agencies. Execute the creative process of campaigns, of all brand and campaign plans and their toolkits (key visual, print and digital materials, Q&As...).
•    Tracking and Brand performance analysis, identifying key growth opportunities for the brands.
•    Ensure a thorough market and competitive analyses and collaborate with S&I teams for facilitating consumer research and Brand Health Tracking and HCP tracking.
•    Works in close collaboration with topline team (Healthcare, Sales, Medical) to maximize the consumer value journey of our brands.

For you to succeed in this position, you must be a proactive person, goal-oriented, with leadership skills and used to working with multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for someone willing to take on new challenges and with the responsibility of leading a good work team. We believe that it is positive to have:


•    3+ years product or marketing management experience in a clinical or life sciences setting.
•    Experience in an brand / account management or medical environment with a medical product, working with marketing agencies.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•    Self-motivated team player who will roll up their sleeves to get critical work done.
•    Able to manage and lead a team of colleagues to complete projects.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
