Business Controller

As Business Controller you will be the Finance Business Partner in Dairy business with different stakeholders to drive sound financial decision-making for the business. In addition, lead and ensure timely, accurate Reporting in line with the requirements of the company in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.

What will be your challenges?

• Lead Financial Closing Process in topline, ensure Net Sales closing, analyze deviations vs target and give key takeaways.
• Evaluate and prepare monthly forecast including new plans and coordinate among different departments to build the forecast.
• Weekly trend sales analysis and reporting.
• Support management team in planning and calculating yearly budget.
• Aim the business to find new opportunities and help in risk and opps evaluation.
• Full P&L analysis. Prepare ad-hoc analysis to senior management level.
• Support investment strategy to ensure profitable growth.
• Topline performance & forecasts. Sell in & sell out analysis.
• Monthly CO% follow up.
• Represent Finance within specific company projects.

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

• Education: Degree in Economic Sciences, Finance or Engineer.
• Experience: Among 3 to 7 years working within controlling department is a must. Working in multinational environment will be a plus.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
• Personal Skills: Strong Finance background, Strategic Thinking, Effective Comunication, Team-worker, Problem solving, committed, proactive & reliable.
• IT Skills: Experience with SAP, MS Excel, & BI tools. Power BI will be a plus.
