Become a KAM Parapharmacy translating this mission into the management of Parapharma & Drugstores channel. This position is based in Madrid. You will be responsible for the management of each customer within this channel and deliver, accordingly with the sales policy, the development and objectives in terms of Sales & Profitability.


What will be your challenges?

-    You will build strong relationship with customers to ensure a win.
-    You will monitor and control of the sales forecast and budget, anticipate possible. deviations and propose measures to fill the gap or to ensure product availability.
-    You will be responsible of the management and accountability of Customer P&L.
-    You will analyze and identify opportunities in the channel and present plans to grow.
-    You will actively engage with all members of the Sales Team working to ensure objectives are achieved.
-    You will ensure product distribution and activation plan for all customers within the channel.
-    You will manage trade spend budgets, trade advertising spend budgets, temporary price promotions whilst investigating escalated deductions relating to promotional activities/deliveries and our commercial terms.

For you to succeed in this position, you must be an outstanding communicator, attention to detail, with a strong ability to build positive relationships matrix (internally and externally), able to work on stressing or conflicting situations and results oriented. We believe that it is positive to have:

•    5-6 years of experience in Industry and Types of Companies: FMCG or managing Parapharmacy/Drugstore products.
•    Education: Master’s degree.
•    Proven track record of development and delivery sales plans that brings growth through new business.
•    Strong communication skills - ability to build positive relationships matrix: internally and externally.
•    Experience of structured negotiation and forecasting would be beneficial.
•    Challenger mindset – not afraid to challenge and with bold initiatives.
•    Experience in data management and use data to build plans and follow up their results.
